Cancellation/Refund Policy

The refund policy is contingent on the sold-out status of the event and the timeliness of cancellation notification to IPC in writing by a contracted exhibitor. Cancellations and/or reductions on/after October 14, 2011 will not be eligible for a refund in any amount. See rule "E" of the contracted Rules and Regulations.

The Rules and Regulations in theExhibitor Service Manual shall constitute part of this contract and the exhibitor agrees to abide by and conform thereto. By selecting the checkbox below, the individual completing this contract represents that he/she is duly authorized to execute this binding contract on behalf of named exhibitor. This contract shall not be binding unless and until it is accepted and approved in writing by IPC's duly authorized signature.
