Exhibiting Information

Take the next steps to capture your share of the ever-evolving electronics manufacturing and assembly market:

  • Determine what size booth you need to effectively meet face-to-face buyers and to best showcase your products and services.
  • Review the Space Selection Guidelines, making sure to share this information with your sales and marketing staff.
  • Complete and return the 2012 Contract/Booth Space Application with a 100% deposit. Please use the application as your invoice, as it indicates the rates and payment terms.
  • Select from a variety of sponsorships and ads for every budget level! Put your name in front of the buyers, specifiers and influencers who visit the show before, during and after the event. Rates:

  • 100% deposit due with contract as of October 14, 2011
  • $26.00 per square foot, IPC Member rate
  • $32.00 per square foot, Standard rate

Floor Plan

IPC APEX EXPO will be held at the San Diego Convention Center, in San Diego, California. Exhibits will be located in the Ground Level (Halls A, B, C) and the Upper Level (Sails Pavilion).  Each year’s floor plan is unique, based on a combination of lottery numbers, the number of returned contracts received with deposits, as well as operational requirements for move-in and move-out, overall traffic flow, overall facility structures and regulations.

*Please note: IPC APEX EXPO is "targeted," event, meaning that each exhibitor will assigned a designated move-in day and time. The target move-in schedule will be available in the exhibitor services manual in November. 

Booth Change Request Forms

Booth Change Request Forms must be returned by companies who wish to be placed on the waiting list for a potential boot relocation, expansion, etc.

Online Space Selection

Online Space Selection will take place June 28–30, 2011, for companies that secure booth space by May 20, 2011. Booth space is secured by returning contract deposit. Space selection details.
